Lenny The Lifeguard

Lenny serves as the official mascot for the PTWQP. Lenny promotes ways to prevent stormwater pollution. Lenny The Lifeguard was born on Earth Day in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. He has been involved in water quality since he was a tadpole in Happy Day Pond.
